The academy informs and encourages the students to establish and form clubs, which are registered by the secretary. The academy also provides dedicated room for club meetings and activities.
At the beginning of each academic year, the academy investigates the interest of students for establishing student clubs and proceeds with the registration of the clubs. Furthermore, arranges with the students enrolled in each club about the requirements for operation of each club.
